This congress is meant to deepen on issues related to gastronomy by the presentations of recognized professionals in different sectors.

The topics to be discussed will be:

  • The importance of nutrition in health and nutrition
  • Genetics and nutrition
  • Gastronomic tourism
  • Innovation in the kitchen
  • Food education
  • Ibero-American cooperation

In addition, a symposium on food and health, different workshops and a presentation of final conclusions will be organized.
